Military Bedliner Applications Equipment
MILSPRAY offers our cutting edge Tough Coat™ Military Bedliners, which substantially enhances and extends the life cycle of military vehicles. This innovative and thoroughly tested coating provides the ultimate in durability and corrosion resistance, while offering the added benefit of providing blast protection to vehicle occupants. Tough coat was recently tested and approved for use by the USMC CPAC Program. MILSPRAY's Tough Coat™ is a lightweight integrated coating system that was designed and developed for military use. The multilayer composite coating has an integrated layer of CARC and provides the ultimate in enhanced corrosion protection, as well as dent and damage resistance. Tough Coat™ material is tinted to match current camouflage colors and receives a final layer of CARC to preserve the protective qualities of the vehicle's original CARC finish. MILSPRAY has conducted extensive testing and field trials in the development of Tough Coat™ to ensure its compatibility with the CARC system. Vacuum & Primer Touch-Up Guns
MILSPRAY's revolutionary vacuum touch-up system was designed to apply low voc, high solids military coatings. It combines the principals of fluid dynamics and the Bernoulli effect and yields transfer efficiencies greater than any other application system of its type. The heart of the system is a die cast one piece handle that has a precision pathway bored through a solid metal housing. This results in reduced friction, less air turbulence, less wall friction, and fewer obstructions. In fact, the vacuum gun contains none of the parts found in a typical spray gun because it is not a spray gun. There are no needles, springs, flow regulators or other parts found in a traditional spray gun system. Utilizing MILSPRAY's 2 ounce bottles, a vacuum is created within the bottle, and the material is actually pulled from the bottle and transferred to the substrate. Since no air is mixed with the paint it does not actually atomize. There is no blow back, no overspray, and no Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS). Extremely low air pressure is required to create the vacuum - approximately 9-15 psi. It can be connected to any compressor or air line. Mobile Maintenance Cart
MILSPRAY's Mobile Maintenance Carts are in use across the country and offer a soldier the ability to service vehicles, aircraft, and equipment without the need for shore power, air lines, or tool bags. These carts are custom engineered and built by MILSPRAY. They offer the ultimate in organization, flexibility, and mobility. No external electric, air, or power is needed. MILSPRAY's standard cart includes everything necessary to perform spot corrosion removal, touch up painting, stenciling, and CPC applications. All tools, touch up guns, stencils, tape and all other tools and equipment required to perform the services listed above are provided. |
