MILSPRAY is pleased to announce our above ground wash rack and decontamination system. The system is designed to work with MILSPRAY Safe Soap™ providing the first line of defense against corrosion. Our two phase wash rack system offers a wash cycle where MILSPRAY Safe Soap™ is added, and a second phase of fresh water rinse with a corrosion inhibitor for added protection against the elements. This zero-discharge process allows environmentally safe cleaning, using simple filtration and features a built in oil/water separator. Ozone, O3, is injected through the system to kill bacteria and breakdown soaps. Ozone has been recognized by the USDA as being more efficient at killing odor causing bacteria than chlorine.

MILSPRAY's Maintenance Shelters offer a rapidly deployable, temporary, and portable means of servicing vehicles and equipment in the field while maintaining environmental compliance. Suitable for use INCONUS or forward deployed locations, these systems are robust and have years of field trials behind them. These shelters are turn-key and the operator only needs to turn on the lights to begin working. Our shelter systems are pre-engineered for military maintenance needs and include heavy duty, portable vehicle lifts, vehicle exhaust filtration, lighting, heating, and electric. Complete tool and maintenance equipment packages are available. Shelters may be used as stand alone maintenance centers or used in conjunction with our custom engineered truck systems for a complete turn-key system.

MILSPRAY Painting Shelters offer a rapidly deployable, temporary, and portable means of painting vehicles and equipment in the field while maintaining environmental compliance. These systems are extremely cost effective alternative to transporting vehicles and equipment off site or building permanent painting facilities and booths.
