MILSPRAY - Services: Weapons Maintenance & Repair

MILSPRAY provides 1st through 4th echelon, small arms and crew-served weapon systems maintenance and repair to United States Marine Corps locations throughout the country. MILSPRAY weapons technicians/repairmen have U.S. military ordnance backgrounds and are graduates of a DoD Small Arms Repair Course at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) or Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.

All repairmen hold proper clearance for working in armories and have no less than four (4) years experience in their field.

MILSPRAY repairmen inspect, repair, and process USMC organic and specified foreign, individual and crew weapons. All associated records and reports are maintained. Pre-Fire Inspections (PFI) and Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) are conducted under supervision of a USMC armorer.

  • M16A2, M16A4 Service Rifle (5.56mm)
  • M249 Machine Gun (SAW) (5.56mm)
  • M240-G/B Machine Gun (7.62mm)
  • M1014 Shotgun, 12 Gauge, Semi-Automatic
  • MK153 MOD 0 (SMAW) Assault Rocket Launcher (83mm)
  • M2 Heavy Machine Gun (.50 CALIBER)
  • M40A3 Sniper Rifle (7.62mm)
  • M203A1 Grenade Launcher (40mm)
  • MK-19 Grenade Launcher (40mm)
  • M82A3 Special Application Scoped Rifle (SASR) (.50 CALIBER)
  • M107 Special Application Scoped Rifle (SASR) (.50 Caliber)
  • Optical equipment (function / operational check only)
