MILSPRAY is a leader in the field of on-site, deployable, maintenance facilities and personnel. MILSPRAY deploys fully functional “Direct Support Maintenance Contact Teams” directly to a unit, providing on-site Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) and thorough Preventive Maintenance (PM) services in a transparent and seamless manner. These mini maintenance centers are MILSPRAY owned and MILSPRAY operated, temporary shelters containing all of the necessary equipment, tools, and parts. Additionally they provide a suitable working environment and one that can be forward deployed or operated anywhere INCONUS.

Our methodologies are sound and based upon relevant U.S. military Technical Manuals (TMs) Our core competencies include Preventive Maintenance (PM) for vehicles and ground equipment. We utilize highly skilled and experienced vehicle mechanics and the latest Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) to ensure that all work is performed to the letter of the TM. All intervals including unit level semi-annual and annual PM are performed.

MILSPRAY plays a valuable role in U.S. military RESET initiatives and has serviced thousands of vehicles in support of the effort. MILSPRAY helps to ensure that vehicles and equipment are mission ready when a commander requires them to be so.

BENEFITS OF MILSPRAY’S ON-SITE/DEPLOYABLE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES INCLUDE:
  • Real time readiness information for mission essential equipment condition - reported condition is often not current or validated and may not reflect actual readiness status.
  • MILSPRAY enhances equipment readiness by conducting on-site battery exchanges and migrating equipment from the older cell lead-acid technology, to “HAWKER” battery platform, which incorporates the newer absorbed-glass-mat (AGM) battery technology.
  • MILSPRAY provides reporting of O/H equipment to higher headquarters thereby assisting in the validation of property accounts.
  • MILSPRAY significantly reduces the organizational maintenance burden by alleviating preventative maintenance tasks and allowing military personnel the ability to focus on mission critical tasks.
  • MILSPRAY works with unit maintenance management personnel to record civilian labor charges and fill out required forms, records and preventive maintenance rosters.
