On-Site/Deployable Preventive Maintenance (PM)
MILSPRAY is a leader in the field of on-site, deployable, maintenance facilities and personnel. MILSPRAY deploys fully functional "Direct Support Maintenance Contact Teams" directly to a unit, providing on-site Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) and thorough Preventive Maintenance (PM) services in a transparent and seamless manner. These mini maintenance centers are MILSPRAY owned and MILSPRAY operated, temporary shelters containing all of the necessary equipment, tools, and parts. Additionally they provide a suitable working environment and one that can be forward deployed or operated anywhere INCONUS. On-Site/Deployable Corrosion Repair & CARC Painting
MILSPRAY is a leader in the field of corrosion repair and has serviced vehicles for every branch of the U.S. military. We have operated permanent facilities and have been deployed at military installations from coast to coast for durations ranging from 30 days to 12 months. Whether we are performing depot level corrosion repair services or operating a permanent facility, MILSPRAY technicians are well trained in all areas of corrosion repair, CARC painting and Tough Coat™ applications. Weapons Maintenance & Repair
MILSPRAY provides 1st through 4th echelon, small arms and crew-served weapon systems maintenance and repair to United States Marine Corps locations throughout the country. MILSPRAY weapons technicians/repairmen have U.S. military ordnance backgrounds and are graduates of a DoD Small Arms Repair Course at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG) or Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Repairmen inspect, repair, and process USMC organic and specified foreign, individual and crew weapons. All associated records and reports are maintained. Pre-Fire Inspections (PFI) and Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) are conducted under supervision of a USMC armorer. Government Facilities Operation
An aspect of MILSPRAY which differentiates it from all other companies operating government repair facilities is our commitment to highly skilled, proficient maintenance technicians. Other companies supply "labor" for everything from security IT services to paint facilities. Corrosion repair and preventative maintenance are all MILSPRAY does. We are focused strictly on providing our government customers with high rates of throughput, quality work, and highly competitive pricing. MILSPRAY maintenance technicians complete an extensive 200 hour training program that is both hands on and classroom based. We are well versed in environmental compliance, health and safety, and state and federal regulatory issues. MILSPRAY has certified environmental representatives on staff and has permits and/or authorizations to operate in states from coast to coast. Blast Resistant Coating Applications
Insurgents are consistently and successfully adapting their weapon of choice, the IED, to exploit weaknesses in U.S. military armored vehicles. The existing armoring solutions such as the MRAP, Stryker, LAVS, and armored HMMWVS are faced with new and ever evolving threats. The latest Explosively Formed Penetrator (EFP) insurgent roadside weapon sends hull fragments, equipment debris, and the penetrating slugs themselves tearing through the interior of U.S. military vehicles wounding or killing vulnerable occupants. Over $3B has been spent on armoring solutions and many of these vehicles have been rendered ineffective. MILSPRAY's Kryptolite™ Blast Resistant Coatings and Films is a solution to this problem. Static Display Restoration
MILSPRAY has repaired and restored a vast array of military vehicles, aircraft, and other pieces of U.S. military history. Past projects include repairing, repainting and remarking of howitzers for a U.S. President's funeral services and restoring Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) displays at Camp Pendleton, CA. MILSPRAY has performed rehabilitative corrosion removal, repair, repainting, and stenciling on all types of military vehicles and equipment located at installations from coast to coast. Our skilled technicians travel to the museum or static display site and provide all equipment, material, and personnel required to restore a military piece to pristine condition. |
