Tectyl® Undercarriage Coatings
MILSPRAY's TECTYL® 2423 is a water-based, no hazardous air pollutants (No HAPs) coating found on most U.S. military vehicle undercarriages. It provides excellent protection against corrosion by preventing damage to the underside of vehicles that is caused by rocks and other road debris. The material is extremely durable and chip resistant. TECTYL is available in the MILSPRAY brush, roller and vacuum gun. All provide excellent coverage and are suitable for application in the field. The material is a single component formulation and can be reused until all material has been applied. There are no shelf life or pot life concerns.

The same quality touch-up product you've come to expect from MILSPRAY - now pre-filled with single component MIL-P-26915 Zinc Primer. Just like our 2-component water-based brush, roller, and vacuum gun products, MILSPRAY's pre-filled single-component offerings start with a specially treated bottle that ensures storage stability and maximizes shelf life. The Zinc Rich Primer is part of the CARC system, and it is approved by the Army Research Lab as part of the CARC system. It is to be applied to steel (not aluminum) as a pre-treatment. The Zinc Rich Primer promotes adhesion, converts rust, and provides a more durable coating. The innovative foam material on our roller product is engineered and manufactured exclusively for MILSPRAY, and the 2" wide head is ideal for touching up flat areas quickly. MILSPRAY's revolutionary Vacuum Touch-Up system was designed to apply primer material. It combines the principals of fluid dynamics and the Bernoulli effect and yields transfer efficiencies greater than any other application system of its type. This results in reduced friction, less air turbulence, less wall friction, and fewer obstructions. Applying single-component Primer using either a roller or vacuum gun dramatically reduces exposure to harmful airborne particles since no atomization or propellant is needed to apply touch-up. Since no propellants are needed in order to transfer the material to the substrate, no additional VOCs are added to the process. Easy application of Zinc Rich Primer without the associated health concerns of aerosol!
