MILSPRAY's pre-filled CARC touch-up kits are self-contained with all items required to perform minor touch-up, such as protective gloves, sanding block, and lint-free tack cloth. Because of the small quantity of paint that is contained in each individual kit they can be shipped by standard commercial means without incurring hazardous material handling fees. They are available with aerosol, brush, or roller applicators.

MILSPRAY Kryptolite™ is available for sale to the U.S. Military and defense contractors only. Kryptolite™ material has undergone extensive military testing and can be an effective armor enhancement solution for military vehicles. Additionally, the material provides excellent blast resistance when used to fortify government buildings and other high security facilities. An added benefit of using Kryptolite™ is that it is self healing and will prevent fluid loss of containers, tankers, and other fluid carrying vessels by "healing" immediately after ballistic or fragment impact.

MILSPRAY Helios™ (SR) Solar Reflective was developed by our NJ-based Product Development as a solution to a problem that was compromising our military's mission in Iraq.

Many light armored vehicles (LAV) and Auxiliary Ground Equipment (AGE) were originally designed to have a/c systems capable of reducing interior cabin temperatures by 30 degrees. In the desert, vehicle surface temperatures were regularly surpassing 140F. With the 30 degree range of the existing A/C systems, interior cabin temperatures were still in the 110 degree range. As a result of this excessive heat, Military personnel were unable to complete the longer daytime desert missions required of them. Missions were cut short and the need to address the temperature problem became paramount.

Tough Coat™ material is tinted to match current camouflage colors and receives a final layer of CARC to preserve the protective qualities of the vehicle's original CARC finish. MILSPRAY has conducted extensive testing and field trials in the development of Tough Coat™ to ensure its compatibility with the CARC system.

MILSPRAY Safe Soap™ offers the latest in detergent technology for cleaning today’s military vehicles and protecting against corrosion. While it is very effective, it is also very environmentally friendly. Soaps and detergents can create serious problems for both wash rack equipment and the environment. Detergents and soaps create an emulsion, or one fluid, out of two. The soapy water “absorbs” oils and grease on a vehicle and then gets rinsed down a drain. This drain, which is part of a wash rack system, typically leads to an oil/water separator. Since the oil and soapy water are now one fluid (emulsion) there is no oil to skim and the emulsion is allowed to pass through the system and into a main drain that leads to a treatment facility or even a waterway. For this reason, many military environmental representatives prohibit the use of soaps and detergents on wash racks.

MILSPRAY masking kits are the ideal way to quickly and efficiently mask for painting. Each kit contains a special die cut material that is cut to precise dimensions. The material is repositionable and will not stick to or leave a residue on any of the areas being masked, and is semi-elastic so it can be stretched to accommodate slight variations that may occur from trailer to trailer. There are die cut masking pieces for all reflectors, data plates, etc.

MILSPRAY has leveraged its years of experience working with the military and has developed a state-of-the-art, best of the best, authentic military coating suitable for military vehicle restoration.

Historically, cheap enamels and lacquers have been the only available option to the military vehicle owner. These paints are inexpensive but perform poorly. They fade, offer little durability, and are inferior to true military-grade paints.

Historically, the best, most durable coatings have been two part polyurethanes. These are the same paints used by the high-end automotive body shops. Typically, they are available in high gloss colors only and are not suitable for the military vehicle enthusiast. Authentic military vehicle finishes are "dead flat". This is measured in gloss units and is defined as having less than 5 gloss units. The average automotive coating is 85 gloss units or higher when clear coated.

MILSPRAY has developed a single component, water-dispersible, polyurethane military coating. We use the same coating technology found in our MIL-DTL-64159, Type III, water-dispersible CARC coating, but remove the "B", or part 2 component. The material is non-hazardous, requires no solvents or thinning, and can be used right out of the can.
