Whether the requirement is to pass Agricultural and Customs inspections prior to leaving theater or simply to provide fresh water rinse downs upon return to the U.S., MILSPRAY’s Inspection & Retrograde (IR) Vehicle Wash System effectively supports mission requirements. And it does so at a fraction of the cost and with maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

The Wash System will effectively remove all dirt, sand, and other surface contaminants from tracked and wheeled vehicles, while reclaiming and recycling wash water. The entire system is housed in a few quadcons for maximum deployment flexibility.

The entire system is run off grid with an Intelligent Power Center (IPC) capable of running up to 4 IR Vehicle Wash Systems. An entire wash operation can be set up in a matter of minutes making the IR Vehicle Wash System a rapid solution to current wash down requirements.

Bulk Water Storage	2000 gal onion tank for resupply of make up water. Simply dump water from any source into tank and cover.
Scalable	From 1-4 systems in same location for large wash operations.
Power Center	Provides distributed off grid power for up to 4 wash systems. Also communicates with filtration system to purge filters and clean water.
Organic Chemicals	System utilizes a “green” pre-soak for assisting with cleaning efforts and an optional biodegradable/organic pesticide to eliminate infestation.
