MILSPRAY’s Expeditionary Vehicle Wash System takes the concept of environmentally friendly, deployable wash racks to a new level. The system is well suited for field use and is completely containerized in an ACA certified quadcon for embarkability. This simple, easy to use system, reclaims and recycles water so that a continuous water supply is not needed. It has been engineered to require only a small generator as a power source. MILSPRAY’s Expeditionary Vehicle Wash System is an economical alternative to large, centrally located, in-ground systems. MILSPRAY brings the wash rack to the unit.

    • CARC painted ACA certified quadcon for embarkability with integrated power distribution system
    • Closed loop water filtration system with water transfer pumps
    • Heavy duty waste water containment pad (15’ x 30’ to 15’ x 60’) with puncture resistant underlayment pad
    • Container mounted pressure washer with 50’ high pressure hose
    • Container mounted commercial vehicle vacuum system with 30’ hose
  • Compact and Deployable - complete system fits in one or two ACA certified quadcons for embarkability, depending on size of pad and other components selected (system fits everything but generator)
  • Re-locatable sump allows pad to be placed on any surface, level or not
  • Easy exterior access to all major connections - clean water, vacuum port, and power
  • Low cost - $88,000 standard; optional equipment, larger pad, and extra ACA certified quadcon for embarkability at additional cost
