MILSPRAY's Above Ground (AG) Vehicle Wash System plays an integral part in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and can be used as a Best Management Practice.
MILSPRAY's Above Ground (AG) System is intended to be a low cost alternative to the more expensive, often conveniently located, in-ground military wash racks. By making the system affordable, a unit can now possess its own wash facility, enabling it to better maintain mission critical vehicles & equipment.
The Above Ground (AG) System can be installed by MILSPRAY Field Technicians in approximately 48-72 hours. While this system is considered "Relocatable", it is not intended for rapid deployment operations. The Above Ground (AG) System offers a turnkey vehicle wash operation. It has an industrial-grade integrated pressure washer with a retractable hose. Once set up, operation is simple and maintenance is minimal. MILSPRAY provides one year of CLS in the initial purchase price. Additional years of CLS may be purchased for any length of time.

Above Ground (AG) Vehicle Wash System Design Specificaitons
Super heavy duty 9’ by 7’ sections can be bolted together to form any size deck providing for a versatile system that can accommodate any size vehicle. Typical military wash deck is 18’W x 30’L and accommodates MTVR, LVS, and other extra large vehicle platforms. Drive on and drive off ramps make for easy on/off access and facilitates vehicle flow. Entire diamond plate deck is covered in an anti-skid, ultra durable polyurea coating which virtually eliminates corrosion.
Retractable hose reel makes storage easy and effortless. One gun system with “soap” and “rinse” buttons and intuitive and easy to operate. Adjustable pressure feature ensures safe water pressure at all times.
Easy to operate user interface has just a few simple to understand buttons. System status and filter changes are identified by blinking system lights. The completely automated system is intuitive and easy to operate.
Sediment, hydrocarbon, and fine particle filtration combined with an integrated mud removal system makes this a great all around vehicle wash system. Automatic ozone injection virtually eliminates odor causing bacteria.
When an enclosed wash facility is desired, MILSPRAY offers a large shelter system capable of accommodating vehicles as large as a 7-Ton Truck. MILSPRAY technicians can install a complete shelter system in under two days.
